FLOW |:| "Energy flows where intention goes" -Unknown
The word FLOW implies a reference to an action that preceded it, in order to make a way for it. Whether a constant FLOW of inspiration, creativity or rest, an action cleared the way for a FLOW to be able to happen. Having a FLOW in life can result from taking different actions. Perhaps a FLOW is due to setting boundaries, or by removing them. By carving out time, or by saving it. By bringing people outside of your inner circles along on your journey, or by creating more intimate moments with those closest to you. No matter where we are in the journey of life, taking action can create space for a FLOW to feed our life. Whether the action arrives to our life purposefully and intentionally, or randomly and unplanned, what we allow the FLOW to change in our lives is up to us. So for today and beyond, we choose to find ourselves overFLOWing gracefully, confidently and creatively, and into a rhythm of a constant state of hope.
